hello! i can't submit to the adoptables folder.
Hi there! I was wondering why two of my submissions were declined?
I've had admins submit my work here before, and the quality of my submissions is exactly the same as my other work that was invited into the group.

Yes, it has to use a base. That's why the group is called Great-Pony-Basework.
The adoptable folder seems to be closed. Will it be opened any time soon?
